I told her that her boobs have flown south for the winter, had the ugliest face in the history of mankind,told her she should consider wearing alot more makeup or get plastic surgery, that she was as large as a whale, and told her that her butt looks like an old grandma's, I told her to go away and never speak to me again. I could not take the ugliness anymore, what was i supposed to do, I was waiting for months to get this off my chest!!!!
And know I did not break up with her for any other reason.

I actually did the same thing years ago. My g/f at the time had some serious acne scars. She was way past acne age, but had bad scars. She had a smoking hot a** and great body, just those scars on her face. When she wore makeup you couldn't tell, but when she didn't - WOW. It looked like a volcano exploded on her face. It sounds mean, but there was no way I could wake up to that any more.

You probably scarred her for life. Her confidence is probably gone too. You have to be careful with things like that. It may not mean much to you, but it may have an impact on her for the rest of her life.
