i would say 3-4 days... but the question is how long did you have it out? The clock starts tickin' from the time it came out of the oven, i'm sure you probably got it in 30 to 45 mins. And did you leave it hangin' out for an hour? bacteria grows very very fast at room temp, but slows down below the temp of 41 degrees and above 140 degrees.. And since bacteria grows fast at room temp, i don't suggest you leave it out for longer than 4 hours. And "microwave storage" doesn't count as storage. use this to calculate.
