Do something fun. Just eating you're talking too much, Just going to a movie, you're not talking at all. Meet the gentleman wherever (can't have strangers just rolling up to your house might be crazy).

Speedzone is fun, Dave and Busters, (there are people over 30 here, that's important).

Go to a concert or a show and get drinks after. Drinks can go on for a while or end quickly. Some just meet for drinks (or coffee) on a first date.

Lunch dates are good (I know I said you can talk to much but lunch is limited b/c you have to get back to work). It's cheaper, safe and on a time line. First dates, I almost always go to lunch.

just relax and be yourself, on the other hand don't tell your life story on the first date, but don't lie either. Dont' put pressure on yourself or they guy, feel free to explore the different personalities and dont tie yourself down too fast. Since it seems like you have such a busy and strenuous life don't make too many commitments too early that may be broken.

Just start slow and enjoy yourself...try to find someone that has had kids and knows how tough it is to raise kids and that you want to take it one day at a time!!

some how or another you will find a few spare moments to be able to get out and meet people. And things will eventually come together.
