EAt a fresh and ripe fruit and wash it down with some free TAP water. Most of the bottled water people pay good money for is just tap water that has been processed. ( I can't believe that people pay top dollar for H2o with Vitamins ! Just wash down a vitamin tablet with some good tap water since municipal water is checked more often and rigorously than the stuff in those plastic bottles which generally wind up in a landfill and are not earth=friendly.)
And whatever you buy, read the label first to see what you are putting into your body and what you are paying for (water and corn syrup?....if so, just make yourself a gallon of koolaid for 20 cents).
Personally, I only drink 100% juice, tap water and wine. Cheers !

Years ago I thought I would be healthy and go on a "juice" diet, so I went to the store and bought cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, etc. One day of drinking juice and I feel fat and bloated out. Only then did I read the labels: High fructose corn syrup. This means sugar, sugar, sugar and fat, fat, fat. I stick to water now.

first i learned the hard way about healthy {not} drinks the same way as you reading the back Label,It pisses me off that on their adds they lie and say its all natural and healthy for you and never mind the Hundreds of carolies in the CraP!And The reason its only 10% is because it would cost companys a fortunate to use all Natural and Most companys are just out for the Buck,Not your Health,Remember always Read back of Label!Good luck! That's a soft drink product. Look on the labels of the stuff that you're going to put into your body and figure out what's 100% and what isn't before you ingest it. Makes sense to me.

because juice of a fruit is to expensive, and for them that means "no money", plus even if it was one hundred percent juice, ppl won't drink it. Ever heard of juicy juice? i don't see alot of ppl buying that product. no saying i like it, but that's how it is in business.

yes , but we have to be smart shoppers so these companies can't trick us. read before you buy. they sell juice to make money, they make more m oney if they water down the juice, and yes this kind of dishonest crap pisses me off because you can't trust anyone to give you what you pay for, and it sucks
