Eat your dinner before 6pm and only water after that until next morning. When you go to sleep with food in the stomach, you gain weight. Many people I know lost a lot of weight this way, and kept them off!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Don't get overly concerned about your weight think more about being healthy and looking good.
Burn more calories than you eat. Take in about 2000 a day.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it).
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning).
Do 20 min of weight training three times a week.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%
It is not safe to lose more than 5 lbs in a week. Be careful.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

the least puzzling and quickest way would be to pass onto google and seek for some weight loss application plans, those plans will inform you precisely how a lot you could desire to eat, and of what(with a sprint reading of foodstuff information on your area of course) genuinely what you could desire to do is decrease your calorie intake, and excerise extra, the web content you will locate by google will inform you precisely how many energy you decide on based on your weight and top. do no longer provide up ingesting foodstuff, or take any loopy weight loss application pills. desire this enables.

you should really try swimming or treading water (or playing in water actively -like water tag or try water-aerobics- goto the beach, you will burn more calories because of the waves and yu need to balance yurself on the sand,.). its really easy on the joints (since you weigh less in the water).and you could burn up to 400 calories in an hour depending on what you do in the water - it also builds muscle (on your arms and legs and butt if you swim regularly) and is good cardio.

any cardio workout will help you lose weight but that many lbs in that little time is not likely. I have heard if you take two tums before each meal can help you lose weight quicker
