how to curl short hair?

i have a little above shoulder lenghth hair and i have the DARNEST time curling it
and it doesnt stay
hairspray doesnt work
any ideas?

Consider investing in a small barrel curling iron. If you don't like to heat set your hair, then really small hair rollers are your best bet.

To retain the style, you'll need to use hair products specifically for curly hair. For example, I use the La Coupe Perfect Curls line. They have a "smoothing mousse" that helps retain my cozy curls and not frizz into crazy coils!
