I have an Italian Cream Cake recipe that is simply orgasmic. It also has a very special cream cheese and coconut icing.Simply Orgaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassmic.....

I am really a fan of homemade ice cream cake. You make the cake(from a box or homemade), and then cut out all but the sides from the bottom layer of the cake, and maybe cut out some on the top layer depending on how much ice cram you want. Then just fill in that spot that you cut out with ice cream (best to have the icecream pretty soft when putting it in, keep both sides seperated intil ice cream is hard and then at top layer, icing should be whipped cream icing
