Forget the court house sweetie. Just go and find a place with beautiful scenery such as nice park or somewhere near the water ie on the beach and get a marriage celebrant. I don't know where you live but some places do offer wedding packages for two..do a search on the net to see what is on offer around your area. Good luck. :)

Colorado has a lot of beautiful mountain wedding chapels where you can do private ceremonies very cheaply. Same for North Carolina and Tennessee (The Great Smoky Mountains have wonderful chapels and sites to have an intimate ceremony.) I actually live in Colorado and I am planning my 5 year vow renewal out here. You can marry for as cheap as $250, including flowers, cake, ceremony, and some snapshot photography. Google "Colorado Wedding"; Try areas like Estes Park and Colorado
Springs and Denver. You can get cheap flights to Denver from almost anywhere and all three of these places are within a short drive from Denver. Good luck!

hmm good question, my fiance and I are doing the same because were putting ourselves through college, so we had to choose between a big wedding or a decent honeymoon, so we want the honeymoon. Our plan is to go down to florida, and you can find JP's online, or even a notary public, give them a call, and they can marry you right there on the beach for a small price. That is our plan. All you have to do is contact a JP, pastor, or anyone who can marry you, and work out a deal with them, and you can get married wherever you want...your home, a park, beach, etc....
And ditto about the hurry up wedding thing. Dont rush into it. And also if youre doing this to get away from parents, good job! Haha. No seriously, think about it.

Depends where you live and if you're legal age..... The local JP. Justice of the Peace in some places others are your local pastors. FORGET Vegas.....silly. Most judges will and can marry you.
If this is a hurry up wedding......please think about it. It's Real Easy to get married but it will cost you dearly to divorce.

Depends on where in the world you are. If you are in the southwestern US, I'd check out Reno or Vegas. If you are in the Northeastern US/Southeastern Canada, check out Niagara Falls. Otherwise, courthouses are wonderful. So is having a church wedding with just the two of you and your clergy.

Good Luck!

It depends upon where you live. Las Vegas has wedding chapels and they provide everything you need. Plus all the casinos have wonderful restaurants very reasonable and the rooms are also reasonable, depending upon what day you go.
