how often should i run spybot s&d Down loaded it to day? Found 147 things and cleaned up for me

I always run it each night when I go to bed. I actually alternate between Spybot and AD Aware. They seem to find things that the other doesn't.

Depends on how messed up your computer is. Once a week should be fine if you dont normally find a lot of problems. Otherwise scan once a day if you are really having problems.
Also, you may need to manually remove things that keep coming back.

if it takes a little time ...daily... if it takes a long time weekly..
what it does is basically delete cookies that slow down the computers and these cookies keep coming back...
or... run it every time it slows down... (but i reccomndweekly or daily)
