it's safer. I heard this in an STD forum an asociation of homasexual HIV infected people gave. It's not as risky as sex unless you have a cut or something like thatv in your mouth

It would be less likely but not 100% safe. Also HIV is not often spread through a BJ unless there are sores or cuts in the mouth.

you didnt usually get STD's through oral sex as diseases arent really spread through the mouth. although having oral sex can usually lead to intercourse, so put a condom on then!
