yeah... u probly pulled your groin muscle. go to a doctor, see what they can do. but most likely they'll tell you no sports for at least a month. that one takes a long time to get better.

and by the way, DO NOT use a heating pad like the girl above me said. thats the worst thing you can do, coz it will inflame the injury and make it worse. believe me, ive had tons of sports injuries. take some advil though, that will help. and ice it down, if you are daring enough, it will make it feel much better.

You should make an appointment right away. Always consult with your doctor if you ever feel like someting isn not right. You are your best source......in the mean time try some advil and a hheating pad. It may dull the pain a bit. Hope you are feelig better soon.

Main cause for cramping is lack of salt in your body, try having a bit more salt on your food over the next few days and it will probably come right soon. I know everyone says salt is bad for you but you have to have some.

if your monthly friend is coming this could happen right before it starts...if u have been doing any excerises in gym this could cause it too..if this is your whole leg and cramping in the feet too u could have low magnesium levels which a dr could do a blood test to find out and all u would do is take magnesium pills everyday..just watch the time of the month it comes if this just started and see if its from your monthly friend. hope this helps some.

Sounds like you may have pulled or strained a groin muscle. Yes, you should go if it's been three days of pain.
