well of course this is something to worry about. y bcuz he can have a std like gonerrhea or chlymadia and if he does not get it checked out it can lead to sterility in the future if he takes to long to have the problem looked at. now on a lesser note it can just b a UTI or maybe even a staph infection but i do know one thing 4 sure you r not the person he should be asking he needs immediate medical attention.

Burning sensation with urine it could be:
UTI (urinary tract infections), or
STD (sexaully transimitted disease).

If the burning sensation is accompained with mucus secretion from penis and it is noticed on the underwear, it is indicated for STD.

burning sensation can be caused by a parasite known as Trichomonas vaginalis.another cause of this burning sensation is a bacteria which is Neiserria gonorrhea. available antibiotics are found in the drugstore.tell your friend to be careful with his partner. why not both of them have theirselves undergo laboratory examinations its for their own benefit.

Oh yes. Many Sexually Tansmitted Diseases have this symptom in men. It could also just be a urinary tract infection. Tell him to get tested immediatly.

yes, this is a big concern for the both of you....time for you to call the doctor for him and make an appointment....when you get the appointment say you think he might have a urinary tract infection if you are to embarrased to mention it could be an STD.

Gonorrhea (STD) can start from this. Then a blood can also be seen later on. Better be going to a doctor before it get worse.God bless!
