It's called eating in smaller portions diet, really eat what you want but follow the requirements, you don't need to "super size" it you can just eat until you feel like your satisfied, stay away from the sweets and you'll be fine good exercise and staying active and you'll be surprised in yourself, good luck.

the Atkins diet...it works...after i gained 80 pounds during my pregnancy i lost it on Atkins diet and was never hungry....i have gained some back but thats my own fault...good luck

eat mcdonalds every day....and work out...some1 actually proved that u can eat mcdonalds and still lose weight
