I weight 182 pound I want know How many ways I can loose weight.

There are no shortcuts. There are only two natural ways to lose weight:

1. Diet
- Cut back on junk food like cookies, cake, chips, soda, etc
- Eat plenty of veggies and fruits
- Eat 6 oz of meat a day or eat fish

2. Exercise
- Run for 30 minutes a day
- Ride a bicycle for 30 minutes a day
- Play a sport that you like. Exercise is always easier if you're having fun

P.S. By the way, I'm assuming that you can actually afford to lose some extra pounds (i.e. you're not anorexic). If you're 6ft or so, then chances are 182 pounds is okay for your height.

Excess weight comes from mainly one thing:

More food than your body will burn off. Soooo, there are a few things you can do...

First go to the doctor and eliminate a gland problem. A slow thyroid will make it hard to lose weight.

Make sure you don't have emotional issues that cause you to eat too much... people tend to feed their emotions.

Watch your calory intake and by all means not only watch what you eat but watch when you eat. Eating too late in the day isn't good for you. You know that hungry growl you get when your hungry? Thats your body burning off energy.

And the magic final answer is to exercise as much as possible at least 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

there is no single answer to weight loss... just a lot of little answers..Gaining doesn't happen over night and neither does losing.

You don't say how tall you are, because that will tell you how much you need t lose. If you are 6'4" then 182 is perfectly fine but if you are 5'1" you have some work ahead of you. Just be patient. But the biggest recommendation I can make is be yourself... don't change just for other peple...change for you if it's in your best interest. Good Luck sweetie.

Losing weight is not easy but it can be done. The best way is to do it gradually and in a healthy way. To lose weight, start first by consulting with a Dr to make sure you do not have any medical problems. Then remember that to lose weight, you basically have to decrease the food and increase the daily activities. I am not saying you have to do aerobics or run or play tennis but you can walk or dance or simply do things around the house. Instead of eating cookies, eat fruits, instead of candy or chocolates, eat vegetables. You get the idea. I went on line and read about a few diets and ended up with the Atkins. It worked for me. Read about the few diets offered and see what you can work with. It has to be something you can work with so you can stick to it. Try to diet with a friend. Then you can encourage each other. Remember, make small goals. Then reward yourself. If you fall and do bad, it is ok..get back on the diet and continue to work hard. YOU can do it!

The first thing is to eat healthy. This can be hard if your mom or dad do all the cooking, but talk to them about it and look at recipes together. Also, exercise. After school, walk home instead of taking the bus. Get your parents involved, too. Walk with a friend after dinner. Move more, eat better. There's really no secret to it. Good luck!

i am proud of u trying to get help
i KNOW you can do it though
if u r willing enough
for everyone loosing weight is different
i have lost a lot of weight running 2 miles everyday
but most ppl don't like to do that
so find a fun way to loose weight...
trust me
if u enjoy what u r doin it will motivate u to keep going
and tryin talkin to ur friends... cause if u have their support it will be easier
get a group together after school adn work out... walk home if u live close enough....
and try not eating sweets

Hi Love,
my name is Priscilla and I used to weigh 129, now I'm down to 115 and I got rid of it with the "Master Cleanser" it is a kind of lemonade and I only used it for TWO days!! And now I'm doing Pilates(hire a personal trainer or order the videos from Guthy Renker) I do Pilates and Yoga to stay fit.

I can tell you what works for me, for a long time, prescribed by my football coach, count fat grams, stay on 0 and you'll lose weight. This is fat free foods, that is all. Bread for example, 0 to 1 gram fat per serving, all the fat free bbq sauce & ketchup you want, all the beer you want, ice cream, FAT FREE ! I can lose
30 pounds in a little over a month !

Well for starters, how tall are you? For losing weight, I suggest
exercise and just eat in moderation for the time being. After a
while you can start cutting calories.

jus limit what you eat sis.......the best way is to resist the temptation of eating junk food and food with too much oil....... note this; do not starve yourself you are to young.... if u can work to school walk to school do not take the bus that is if the school is not far away... do not work yourself too much Rome was not built in a day... if your mother normally goes to do the groceries alone try to go with her so that you can burn some calories.....try to have a long walk but not too long on weekends.... this is not suppose to bore you, it might the first days but you must know why you are doing it then nothing can stop you... Take care...

talk with ur mom and then try to speak with a nurse or doctor to find the best and most logical plan for u to lose weight. u cant just stop eating ur body will shut down and u can cause damage so plzzz speak with ppl i listed.
