Do 5 sit-ups three times a day. After three days, increase to 7 sit-ups three times a day. After a week, increase it to 10 sit-ups three times a day. Then do 15 sit-ups four times a day. At the end of 3 weeks, you should be doing at least 15 sit-ups five times a day. Only by repitition and continuity will you have a toned tummy. This is a lifestyle change - and you should make the time to do them every day. You'll be a stronger person for it and feel better about yourself.

If you drink soda, stop, cold turkey. Even diet soda can cause bloating because of the carbonation. It's the easiest way I know to make a difference in you abdomen's pooch factor.

I'm a personal trainer and trust me crunches are not the way to go. feel free to email me for specific exercises. First you need to make sure you are breathing correctly otherwise you will teach your stomach to pooch.
