My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

You will be missing out on a LOT of vitamins and minerals that are essential for your health. You need more lean protein, like grilled chicken and fish. You need a variety of fruits and vegetables (while tasty, watermelon is not the most nutritionally dense fruit).
You will also not be getting enough calories. You want to eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you eat too little, your body will react by slowing your metabolism which means that you will be more susceptible to gaining weight when you begin to eat normally again.
Instead of finding a gimicky weight loss program, you will be much better off eating 5 or 6 small meals a day (which keeps your blood sugar up and your metabolism stable). Fill those meals with lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Skip the junk.
If you want oatmeal, don't eat the stuff in the packet. Buy steel-cut oats (Irish oatmeal) and cook them over the stove. Then YOU are in control over what goes in them.

=D Hiya!
Eat oatmeal 3 times a day AND lose weight?
Well, I know the grains in the oatmeal is your body's neccisity for the grain percentage it needs, but JUST eating oatmeal and watermelon won't do much to your weight.
Unless, you used to eat sugars for snacks, yes you'll STOP gainning as much weight, because you're careful about what you eat. Though, my final, no; you need excersise and (if you want lasting results) a smart healthy diet!
Good luck! =D

Sweetie you need to eat more! If you are not taking in enough calories then you body will just load the calories you are taking in as fat - eat more fruit and veg. Also when you walk are you building up a sweat or just out for a stroll - could you break out into a gentle jog. Unless you are 3ft this isn't such a bad weight look around there are alot worse!

No you need a more balance diet. You need to pump up your self esteem girl.. You may be thin but you will be unhealty and guys would rather have a healthy girl than a sick skinny girl with low self esteem.
Judging from some of your other answers about loosing weight you sound like you need some psychological help.
