im 16 yrs old i weight 160...my 2 sisters r thin my big sis. weights 93lbs my little sis. weights 110 and im da fatest 1....what can i do 2 loose weight fast?!?!?.please help me ☻

Please do not take any "diet suppliments" or pills to try and lose weight! They can really mess up your body and make you sick. People even die from them.

First, don't go on a "diet". Just make healthier choices in your life. Eat lean proteins (like grilled chicken and fish), lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, and whole grains. Only eat fats in moderation, and try to use healthy ones like olive oil. Skip the mayo and ranch dressing. Don't eat fast food, if at all possible. Make sure to get plenty of vitamins and minerals.

Drink about 80 oz of water each day. Don't drink sodas-- they are just empty calories.

Also, increase your exercise. Do you play a sport? Maybe you could take one up! Or, just go for bike rides with your sisters. When I lived at home, I would go for long walks with my mom.

Weight loss is not a fast process. Your body can only lose about 1% of your total weight each week. So you should expect to lose about 1 or 2 pounds a week at most. The first couple weeks on a healthy eating program, people can lose more, but it is just water weight.

Focus on your health, and stop comparing yourself to your sisters! You are not them!
