Most saudi chef are turkey national because they can make food and drinks that are suited to saudi national and other asian national. What are these foods' name according to thier menu?

Swarma is the only one I can think of at the moment. A swarma is a meat that is cooked on an upright rotisserie. It is served wrapped in a pita with french fries, pickled turnips and garlic mayonnaise. I use to live in Saudi and we would get them all the time. They are fabulous!
