be VERY careful learning AND PAYING MONEY to some stranger you just meet online, because that person could very well be a malicious character. I would highly suggest you find a different alternative.

Letting someone teach you through the internet isn't a good thing, mostly when you're saying you're willing to pay. The only way to really learn English is to speak with people who understands English. If you really want someone to teach you, then find someone who can speak your language and English fluently and NOT online. Taking classes help, but not that much and it's a bit hard in class. I know usually in a class a teacher just speaks that language and you have to try and catch on, but sometimes they can't even speak it correctly. The best way to learn is to go to a place where everyone speaks English, then you will somehow catch on. If you're unable to, then sticking with the classes is the best choice.

You already speak ( write ) better English than the president of the United States of America, Why ruin a good thing.

Not knowing what the laws are regarding what you can or can not own or ship through the mail in your country and assuming that you can read English.
I would suggest that you go to one of the many language learning sites like Rosettastone.com

There are several others but I can not remember their names at this moment.

You would be able to learn at your own convenience and they are not too expensive. ( they are not cheap but neither would learning over the internet )

I used to play Literati, which is a game similar to Scrabble on Yahoo. I once played with someone who said she improved her English greatly by playing that game. I would say that any site with chat will be a great help, and many are free.

You would be much better off learning english through classes. There are a lot of bad people out there and most will just want your money.

if you are willing to pay someone on line to learn english, you would be better off going to a community college and taking esl class that way you will be learning from a certified instructor and know for a fact that you are getting your money worth. good luck.

Not "learn me English", but "teach me English". That lesson is free. Good Luck!

I think it would be cheaper for you to order video and audio tapes and learn that way.
