Ouch. Unless he needs time to pick a date because he's on call at the hospital, or may be deployed overseas suddenly, this looks like a brush-off, sorry to say. When someone wants to go out, he can give an answer right away, even if it's "That sounds great - I just have to be sure my dentist appointment isn't that day - can I let you know tomorrow?" Guys don't have the same sense of time that women do so maybe he is still considering it but in the meantime don't sit by the phone waiting on him. Go out and get your flirt on. Who knows maybe you will find another hottie.
