Yes, definitely.I was using a squat rack and squatting down, all the way down, leavy weights. For the next 4 days, I could not get out of a chair, could not walk, could not squat down. It was like someone was sticking knives in my thighs, and turning them.

Now I squat wearing a weighted vest. No more pain!

No, but I hurt my big toe just walking on the treadmill last night! I think I strained a tendon or something :-(

Yeah, can hurt your knee.
Try to keep your knee dirrectly inline under your hip to toe area.
Dont push your knees out past your toes.
