well when i feel that thing that hangs down from the top of my throat, for got what its called, with my toungue, I feel very small bumbs.

It sounds like a little bit of thrush , no biggie . You can get yogurt ( plain and eat it all , that's the natural way of getting rid of it . And if that doesn't work see your Doc .

Sounds like strep throat. I've had it a few times. See your doctor and get antibiotics.

This isn't much to go on. If you're not having any pain, if the saliva or sputum is odorless, if you're not wheezing or choking, you don't have a fever or any splotches in your throat, don't worry about it.
