No you would not lose weight. It is not that easy to lose weight and it also depends on your metabolism. Plus when your body does not receive the calories you need, it find it from somewhere else. Like the fat already in your body and that could cause you to gain weight. Not eating also causes your metabolism to slow down which can also cause weight gain. Starving yourself for two days is not a good way to lose weight at all. If you want, you could eat smaller meals and drink more water. You would not lose weight quickly but it would be a start. It has said if you increase your water intake (while eating a balanced meal) and drink less juices and soft drinks, you would have a better chance at losing weight. It is also very unhealthy to lose a great amount of weight in a short period of time.

Yes you would. You wouldn't loose much fat, but you would loose weight, because your body would use all the sugar it has stored with water. The sugar would be consumed, and the water would be putted out. You would have the same body fat, but you would weight less, because of all the water you got rid off. That's why, when a person doesn't eat, he/she urinates a lot. The sugar is consumed and the water goes away.

So the answer is yes and no at the same time...

After all the sugar was consumed, the body fat starts being consumed, but since body fat has much more energy than sugar, it takes a loooooooooooootttttttttt longer to be lost. That's why you loose weight fast in the first days, and then it gets damn slower...

I hope my answer was enough. Better than this, only a nutricionist or doctor I guess.

Your body would go into "starvation mode" and start storing everything that it could once you started eating again. You may temporarily lose weight, but you'd gain it back plus a few in a couple of days.

You might lose a pound or two (depends on how much you burn in a day) but it will slow down your metabolism and cause you to gain more weight in the future.
