Make a big sheet cake (big, long cake) and cut out the shape of a penis once it's cooked.

Decorated with whatever color icing you want.

Buy yourself a "guitar" shaped cake pan... thats what I use for making those exact same male shaped "GAG / JOKE" cakes. After baking cut off the long "string" part and put it on top ... you will see once you do it why it works. : )
