also you can go to livejournal and look under interests and type in keywords like "blue hair" or anything like that and they have lots of pictures there. Myspace might have similar groups but I know livejournal.com has LOTS of groups with pictures.
there is also manicpanic.com where they show "best of best" and "dyehards" pictures.

just click on the color and it will show you pictures of people with those colors in their hair.
