Are you sleeping for too long of periods on your back or belly?
Maybe your mattress is too dipped.
Does one side of your bed have a bigger dip than the other side?
Could be in need of new mattress. No matter how you sleep you shouldn't be bothered by positions unless you have a little extra weight on. When I was heavier or even pregnent it bothered me to sleep on my back for too long because I'd wake with lower back pains.
Same if I slept on my stomach too long horrible lower back pains.
Wish you a good night sleep!

It is most likely that the matress you are sleeping on does not provide enough support for your back, and thus causing it to be painful after laying there.

This could also be the opposide, whereas your matress might be too firm for your body.

I suggest looking into getting a new matress that suits your bodys needs to get a proper night sleep.

i get headaches if i force myslef to sleep longer than my body wants or if the covers or pillows are over my head this could be a reason for your headaches or if the weather is not good when you wake up it could be an allergy headache and you can take tylenol allergy/sinus medication as directed i find that ibuprofin like motrin or advil works good on headaches i get in the morning

It's probably your mattress and/or your sleep position. A flatter pillow is best....a neck support.....a pillow under your knees to keep your spine straight. Go to a chiropractor and he can let you know what your personal bed-space should be.
