The quote I can realte to leadership. I am in the Army and in a leadership position. When i was a tank commander our tank would do great and wonderful things. I would not take credit for most, instead, I would give it to my other crew members. Not saying that I am the best leader ever, but, I wouldn't be an effective leader if I didn't have great Soldiers to make me one.

In relation to that, I am the boy turning down the pie so that others (my Soldiers) can get a piece.

Well I read it differently then the rest have so I'm probably wrong but the question is you don't have to prove anything to anyone but in the end the person is the only one to scarfice anything of importance when it is all said and done. Mother;s and the military do this on a daily bases

is this your homework? does no longer it relatively is speedier to easily do it particularly of waiting on yahoo for the respond? enable me help you... "A boy does not would desire to pass to war to be a hero" We evaluate people who do huge issues like pass to war to be hero's.. "he can say he does not like pie whilst he sees there's no longer sufficient to pass around." You assume right here that the boy extremely likes pie yet does no longer take any so as that all human beings else could have a chunk...he's relatively scarifying his piece for others. whether, he does it in a mature way...he does no longer ***** approximately it and does no longer assume popularity. He does it by using fact he be attentive to that somebody else would be happy to have that piece of pie. In ex would be in case you pass see your grandma a week. I is uninteresting at cases yet you nevertheless do it considering you be attentive to how chuffed it makes her! There, I did your homework in 3 minutes! ( shame on me)

It's all about sacrifices for others. As big as giving a kidney to someone when they need one to survive or as little as leaving the being the last to eat to make sure everyone else gets what they want first.

Mothers do that all the time. Their children get the new shows, new clothes for school and she buys food that the children like best. Her needs always fall in last place.

I think it just means that small good deeds are just as good as big good deeds.
