Tuff luck with that...there is no logical answer other then to give them the opportunity to stay after all that's what the united states is based on freedom...but that's not likely to happen cuz it would mean that they are forgiven for being here illegally....there is no logical answer deporting them isn't going to work....besides that wouldn't be the best answer...if you deport them who is going to do those jobs that they do... you know wish ones I'm talking about...those jobs that those who are here legally wont do!!! Unless you want to pay them more for cutting your lawn, cleaning your house, taking care of your children, washing your car, picking fruits...hey if leagals really want those jobs by all means go ask for them...and take them away from the illegal...but come on they don't have the guts they want to be inside in the airconditionar w/ clean hands...

Illegal Immigrants have been allowed to come to this country, educate their children, purchase homes that are now occupied by several illegal families, burden our public schools and our medical infastructure unchecked for centuries. Now we want them to leave and rightly so. They are experiencing the American Dream and are not Americans. What do we do?
1. Secure the borders.
2. Decide what form of amnesty to apply as there will be some form needed to move forward.
3. Catch and deport all illegal aliens attempting to enter the country.
4. Make it a federal crime punishable by at least ten years in prison for anyone attempting to enter or is found guilty of conspiring to help someone gain entry to this country illegally.
5. Reform our social programs so that illegal immigrants are not eligible for assistance.
6. Encourage home ownership for legal Americans so that they feel they have a stake in this country and are willing to protect it instead of killing each other in the streets over 'turf' that they nor their forefathers own.

With an estimated 12 to 15 million illegal aliens living in the United States, a comprehensive strategy of immigration enforcement, sustained over a long period of time, will be necessary to deal with what has become a huge national problem. has released a comprehensive seven point strategy that includes stepped-up border enforcement, worksite enforcement, elimination of nonessential public benefits and services to illegal aliens, greater cooperation with local law enforcement, and increased detention and deportation.

Ya, ILLEGAL immigrants should be arrested, not able to apply for jobs, and thrown back into the country they came from. If police officers arrested them until they could be deported i think it would work.

NO more welfare, health insurance & free education to illegals should pretty much diminish any incentive to come here. Especially the welfare part.
Do you know that the Mexican govt. provides maps and directions on how to apply for welfare & Medicade as soon as they get here?

Heavy fines for any employer hiring illegal ones. No to social services, no to schools unless legal. (sorry hurts kids but can't take care of world) English only for government. ( private do what they want for language) They will have no choice but to go home if can't receive services or work.

'that are logical' on this issue, typically means 'that are going to agree with' what the questioner already thinks.
All points of view are 'logical'. The question is, what is preferable? Then you have to actually do it.

the only logical way is to send them back to their respective countries. build a strong defense around our borders all sides, North, East, South, West.

Enforce the laws against hiring them, and the incentive to stay (or come) here will be greatly lessened.
