so i was at my friends house and her brother had friends over too well i got to sit next to the cute one and we played catchphrase for a while and all throughout the game i was touching his arm are he made me laugh and the i grabbed his thigh and he put my hand back on my leg but like 5 min. later he was tickling me and grabing my leg and in the hot tub he was playing footies with me..... so did he change his mind or what?

Either that or hes just trying to return the favor. Next time you see him at a gathering like that watch for him to make the first move. If he does then he probably liked it.
