They are a ligit company BUT - they are VERY subprime.

They will charge you so many "non refundable" fees and you will be shelling out a great deal of "non refundable" money for a subprime card.

You would be better off going with a secured card from places like Bank of America, Orchard Bank or HSBC. At least by going with the secured cards, you will be paying "refundable" money.

I had to call 1-800-604-9426 to opt-out from receiving their applications. Their card charges:

$29 for set up fee
$95 for program fee
$48 for annual fee
$72 for participation fee

If you receive a credit line increase, they charge you $25 for their pleasure. So, this card could cost you $300 in fees after the first year and the credit limit is only $250. The $300 in fees also assess finance charges - so if you don't pay - you pay more.

I told the rep to **** off and I wanted to opt-out. They picked me up from bankruptcy discharge. I'll settle for a secured card instead.

The best way to get a credit card is at the bank or financial institution in person (brick and mortar office) instead of blind faith on the internet, mail or phone. This minimizes your chances of getting scammed or victimized with identity theft.

A card like this is so heavy with fees it would sink faster than the Titanic. You will end up paying at least $125 in fees just to get the card, plus high annual fees and "membership" fee and very high interest. You would be better off with almost anything else.

This is not so much a credit card as it is a sponge to soak up your money.

They're legitimate, but the other ppl are right-- they do have stuff like activation fees (It was like half of the limit! sheesh!) annual fees ($69+), high interest, etc.

Try Orchard bank too..they have annual fees but overall weren't as bad.
