Now ,i got married again to my second husband ,who is also a U.S. Citizen. What should i do or what should i file to be legal again & have a new green card ? Does anyone know ? Will i have problem with the Immigration because my first husband told them that i married him " not in good faith ", but for the green card ? Please serious answers !

The Immigration will not deport you because you are white. They deport only other races , so don't worry !

first of all is true that you married for the card or did the marriage just fall apart, if he filed for the divorce it makes it harder on you when you apply the second time. Was there a substantial age difference, did you have common backgrounds or interests. The immigration service normally questions situations like 15-25 year age difference, an educated foreigner marries a person with little or no interest in education, a Pakistani business man marries an unemployed black person with visible tattoos, a black school teacher marries a white trailer trash person, time frame of a foreigner marrying soon after divorce to another u.s. citizen. Conditional status is a status that was introduced in the 1990's to help deter marriage fraud. Be careful if you have remarried within a short time after divorce. A very good immigration lawyer can still get help get your status in a situation like yours, but it's gonna cost you, depending on your details of previous and current marriage.

You're going to have to start the process all over again, unfortunately. You'll have to file the I130 form along with the affidavit of support signed by your new husband. I don't know how much more difficult it will be because of what your first husband told immigration. It could be that they will just scrutinize your application more carefully then they would have otherwise. The best advise I can give you is to sit down with an attorney who specializes in immigration law. Good luck.

APPLY for a green card. They usually expire in much longer than 2 years, which the last one I had expired in like 2015.

You really need to contact the immigration people and ask them what to do before it is too late and something happens making you have to leave. You can explain the situation re your last husband and tell them he was lying because you divorced him or whatever.

What is it with you women? It's like you pimp yourselves out just to be in America. It would of been much easier to go through the legal channels to become an American citizen than to have to go through a divorce, and marriage after marriage, JEEZZE MAN.

Just keep hiding till the Republications give the get out of jail free card to all the Mexicans and then go in there and try to speak in a Spanish accent. You should get a lot of free stuff then from the rest of us. Tax paid of course.

I think you will have to start the whole process again .
Immigration doesn`t care about your former husband .
All they will need is his name on the new application .
Don`t worry , everything will go just fine .
