shoulder lenght would be a lot better..if you get it short then it would be very hard to style it everyday..the longer it is the more weighed down it is, in this case it would be a good thing for you

Well you seemed to have left out a word there, but that's okay. If you were gonna say that you were tryin to make it straight, I suggest either ironing it or curling it. Trust me it works. However, I have a feeling that's not what you want to do. Is you hair curly? Sorry not sure what I'd do in your case. I gave you all the info I know, but if I were you,I'd put it in a french baraide. :) If you hair is spoofy I'm not so sure how getting layers would help. I have layers so I know what they are,,,,I don't know it just doesn't seem like the thing to do. Of course there are also tons of web sites too! Good luck

What ever looks better with the type of face you have will be good. For the frizzy and poofy hair try something oily or to shine your hair but don't a lot of it .

I think shoulder length or maybe even shorter in layers would look good...Use hair spray to get it unfrizzy when making your hair

use sun silk blue shampoo to get rid of the poof. straighten your hair, get side bangs about to the tip of your nose, and layers.

dont worry about ways to cut your hair.... it wont help...what you need is products for your hair... go to your nearest salon and get a product called 12 step redken..... it works wonderfly...... and for a straightener you can get a straightener called a chi iorn..... its one of the best also located in a hair salon ONLY ....i hope it works for you

if its super frizzy, then use something called john frieda finishing cream, and hair frizz serum. then after you blowdry it, use a flatiron. layers should also help, and if its shorter, it should be easier to take care of. idk... my hair is really long though, and it takes forever to style.
