Lick it off. Or you could try scraping it off. I eat those all day at work. They are the best!

You do know you can buy digestives without chocolate, right?
Why would you want to take it off?
But maybe if you tried melting it off....?

I get it off by dipping them in hot tea and then licking it off, but it makes them a bit soggy so you have to eat the cookie right after you get the chocolate off...
Sometimes I just scrape it off with my teeth.
