how to remove 2001 stratus door panels?

Question

im trying to remove my front door panels
to get to the speakers there is only
3 or 4 screws visible wich
i have removed but it still wont come off.
if anybody knows how to remove the panels please help.

The arm rest on the door has screw underneath the pad
