did it help you loose weight? I have the pilates machine and do the cardio with the little trampoline attachment.

I teach pilates and it makes your abs strong and helps with flexibility, tones your muscles. Keep doing the cardio with it, as it is not for weight loss. Remember your body starts burning fat after 20 minutes, so you'll need at least 30 minutes of cardio to be effective. also watch your foods.
