I am a 16 year old female, I am 5'11'' (71 inches) and i currently weigh 132lbs. Is this abnormal? (my weight changes ALOT but i am usually anywhere between 125 and 135). Is it weird for my weight to constantly fluctuate? It is always changing; sometimes i will gain a few pounds (1 or 2) or just drop a 4-5 pounds in a matter of days- sometimes even hours. It never used to before, and i think it could be an increase in stress (there has been alot going on lately, espeacially with work and school.) Is there any sort of diet or excersize routine that might help to get me back on track? I would greatly appreciate any help. I dont think it is necessary to see a doctor, but i would like some advice!

I do not eat junk food- so that isn't the problem. I dont change my diet often- and i usually eat already proportioned meals. I try to eat healthy because i am an athlete; i just dont have a diet plan persay.

To be on the safe side you should see a doctor, but for a girl your age, going through puberty and in a period of stress it sounds pretty normal. Besides most people do fluctuate 5 or 10 pounds on a regular basis. One week you stay in and eat healthy the next week you have McDonald's and gain a few pounds. it is normal and healthy, and besides for a girl your height 125-135lbs is normal. As for diets, stick to the basic food groups, and try to eat whole wheat bread instead of white, slim milk instead of homogenized, eat smaller portions and more often. Try 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Just remember your 16 your body is going through a lot of changes don't be alarmed. Also, don't ever starve yourself, it slows down your metabolism. Eat healthy, exercise and you'll be fine,

i would say its normal u might even be a bit underweight my friend weighs 160 and hes only 12 and a half and it is normal to gain a few pounds if ur eating like normal and if u eat less than normal u might lose a few pounds as long as ur weight is consistantly between 125 and 135 thats ok but if u start gaining 10 lbs in a couple of days or losins that much then i would worry
as for the stress i dont know if its affecting your weight in anyway the only thing i can think of is mayb ur stressed so ur not eating till later than normal and when u eat later u tend to eat less so u might lose a few pounds
i think stress might also be cauzing u to have problems with ur relationships and u might b eating what i call comfort food and comfort food tends to b very fatty so thats y u might gain a few pounds
10 points would also be apreciated by me

Stress, horomones, water retention...it could be lots of things. I wouldn't worry too much. You're weight is still fluctuating within a healthy range so I'd say you're ok. Stay away from high-sodium foods to reduce water-retention

i'm 5'8" at one hundred fifteen, yet i'm seen way underweight. At that age, I weighed around 80, in straightforward terms somewhat taller however. i might think of around my weight could be extra regular for him, as I could weigh around a hundred thirty-a hundred and forty myself. i'm no longer too good with incredibly being waiting to tell, despite if it style of feels approximately remarkable to me.
