Very easy to do, eat healthy choice meals, or when you buy groceries make sure you do the lowest in calories, also do some fast exercise, like jumping rope is very good, or jogging, If you drink pop,cokes,colas, what ever you call them, drink the diet ones. I lost 100 + pounds in less then 6 monthes.
