You need to be firm and tell her not to call you anymore. Confirm the fact that she has a new boyfriend and to build a relationship with him. I believe she is trying to get some kind of rise out of you (telling you she has a new boyfriend), so that you might be jealous enough to want to get back with her. You could change your #, but the best would be to leave no doubt in her mind that you want her to stop bothering you.

If you want her to leave you alone, find our what her boyfriends name is without her realizing what you're up to and next time she calls make a note of the phone number, call and ask for "dude" and tell HIM what's up with her calling you!

She is still caring about you. Change your phone number. Tell her to live her life with her new bf.
