you aren't sitting on the couch all day. you should be more active or you will be much larger later in life and become unhealthy

You've answered your own question. The only way to turn fat into muscle is exercise. Stair climbing is great for your legs.

Means your getting strong there lol It'd probably be a good time to start working out b/c your muscules will delvelop faster at that age

This just means your muscles are getting stronger and tighter, this is a good thing! The stronger your big muscle groups get, the more calories they burn even at rest.
