If you live in MD or have any relatives who work for a MD state agency, you could open a Secured Deposit account and back it up with the Secured Visa whose Interest rate is like 12.99% if I recall.

Everyone's credit card fees are different, even with the same company. Your interest rate and fees are based on your credit and the amount of debt risk you are at the time.

You will not find any credit cards like that. If I were you I would avoid them like the plague they are nothing but debt traps. You will never get out of debt with credit cards of any kind.

My son is happy with his "u.s.bank" secured card.
I strongly suggest EVEN BEG YOU..... .DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "CAPITAL ONE" or anyone associated with them! Many MANY problems that company has inside and out !..If you watch their Neadrathal commercials... those guys they actually have working for them I think...Losers with a capital "L".. Good luck ! : )
