What is your experience with Lexapro?? (for depression/anxiety)?

I just started Lexapro today, and would like to know how anyone else did with it.

I take Lexapro for depression, and it works great. please give it time to take effect, and consider changing the dose if needed. If it is the right drug for you, you should definately be feeling better within the month. If not, you may need to try another. Don't give up. It is not fun to live with depression.

It is worth a try didn't work for me but I have friends it worked great for. everyone is different. Good luck, and if you ever stop taking it, remember, do it gradually. Take care.
