You cant be sure.You just have to try to find someone that likes you. But ways to be sure though:
-Kisses your hand when walking around
-Naps with you
-Doesnt try to fool around/have sex 24/7
-Calls just to talk and see how you are doing
And the door swings both ways. You can always do the same to show him how much you like him!

yah tha't a toughy because some dudes or chicks can be really good actors. you'll just have to wait and see...only time will tell. sorry i know that's a cop out answer, but the truth nonetheless.

if he loves u, he'll talk to u, worry about u, care about u, and do all sweet stuff MAYBE becoz it basically depends on the guy and he'll always think of u 24x7 and he may take u out on dates
if he's playing, he wouldn't worry nor care about u at all .. he'll just enjoy his life
