Anyone had any BAD side effects from Meridia???

I am taking Meridia for weight loss and things have been going GREAT!!! (13lbs - 21/2months) I am just wondering from other people who have taken it if you have had any bad side effects.

I understand every body is different, but I am just curious

I have taken it in the past. I loved it. I lost about 45 pounds in 8 months. (I only took the drug for 5 months) I did gain a little at first when I went off it, but then I was able to lose it, and pretty consistently lost the rest. I have keep it off for almost 2 years now!

My aunt took it and had great results, only to find out it caused permanent heart damage.
