Your ideal weight is based more on your height than your age. You can find guides online to help you see where you should be. There is a good body mass calculator at http://www.bmi-calculator.net . Ideally, everyone should be in the 20 range, but a little higher or lower may be good for you if you are built smaller or larger. As for stress, try writing in a journal or something to unwind and lose the daily tension so it won't build up. Also, try walking or dancing or any activity you enjoy doing to help melt stress and fat away. Good luck honey!!

ACT NOW! You are young and can reverse this death penalty. Invest close to $30.00 in a book called Body for Life by Bill Phillips and your life will change. I promise your life will change dramatically.
I read it, and it changed my life and my thinking. Its so positive. Also try and seek out a school counselor or someone you can talk to to deal with stress. Make sure to consult your doctor. Finally, I'm a firm believer in reading. Go to your local bookstore and find books about selfworth, and other psychology books that deal with changing your life, learning to deal with stress. Good Luck, I hope you can resolve your problems.

What is your height? Go to your local Dr's office and ask to see one of their charts relating weight, age, height. Get some facts first then decide what is best for you.

This is a body mass index calculator. They are usually pretty accurate because they take into account more than just your age. Just fill it out truthfully and it should be of some help.

you need to tell us how tall you are, you weight depents on how tall you are not just your age, you could be 4ft2in and need to weigh105lbs, on the other hand you could be 5ft10in and need to weigh between 120lbs-150lbs. So my point is weight doesn't depend on age. weight is a state of mind, for health resons everyone should watch their weight.

It depends on your height. If you are 5'4" or under you should not weigh more than 130-135

well it all depends on your height. if your 5'0 then 100 pounds. if 5'1 then 100, if 5'2 then 115, if 5'3-5'4 then 120, if 5'5-5'7 125, and if 5'8-6'0 then 130. your age has nothing to do with it, it's all about your height.

How tall are you? Do you have a small/medium/large frame? Do you have a lot of muscle? No-one can answer this question without knowing more details. HTH : )
