I'm going to answer this seriously.

Don't worry about it. Kids develop at different speeds and it all evens out in the end. If you've tested her for hearing deficiencies, then there really isn't much else to worry about. It will come! Don't stress out!

About 10 months,I'm told. The same age my cousin's baby was when she was singing nursery songs...14 years on and she still talks non-stop. All kids are different. My nephew was over 2 and my brother was 3. Your daughter's doing ok,she'll talk in her own good time. It's trying to shut them up that's the problem !

Just to show you even the difference in children in one family. One daughter was still not reading in the second grade....private school insisted I take her to a top psychologist in town....Report: this child is quite delightful ..she sees no need to read right now...Her younger sister started talking in sentences when she was 19 months............guess what?????? They ended up both having a fabulous education including college and grad school.....relax mom, even though I didn't either at the time!!!!!
