Well, I personally follow the South Beach Diet. It emphasizes low calorie but with plenty of options. I eat yogurt, jello, fruit, pudding, pizza, burritos, veggie wraps, Subway...anything just in moderation. And if you think about it, this is a very smart diet becuase all it is doing is restricting the amount of food you eat. That is what you should do on any diet. However, what is great is that it allows carbs (which you need for a healthy body!! A lot of people on the Atkins don't know this...) and little treats.
I have found that Kraft offers a lot of South Beach Diet recommended products that are really great. The snack aisle and frozen food aisle are the best places to look for these kinds of manufactured foods. But don't forget about the great veggies and fruit!! They are great for ya!
Anyway, I have gone from 142 pounds to 125 right now. It's great and I'm happy. And also, keep exercising. Great for the metabolism. Okay, good luck! I hope I helped.
Below is a link to Kraft's South Beach Diet foods, the South Beach Diet, as well as an article about how great the diet is!

i'm a fad dieter. So from my previous reviews 1200 energy could be plenty. in case you go on a fad weight loss plan, you will could upload energy progressively. i might propose beginning with clean vegetables. possibly some abode cooked soup! then upload culmination (it is simply by sugar in culmination) on the 4th day you may consume some toast, no longer white bread however! after each week including nutrition little by utilising little you may go lower back on your 1200 calorie weight loss plan, which additionally should be low carb and occasional fat. To be truthful there's a risk you benefit some kilos lower back, because of the fact lots of the burden help is water weight. yet once you do it the remarkable way you wont benefit each thing lower back, and you will look spectacular very straight away. OH , and by utilising the way if its your first time fasting (or liquid fasting) you may relatively contain some culmination or vegetables. Dont forget approximately to exercising! good luck!

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. This question does not imply a good use of common sense. If you go on a diet to lose weight, and this diet causes you to lose weight, doesn't it seem logical that going off the diet will then cause you to return to where you were before? There is no magic solution. Only hard work and persistence (a lifetime's worth) will get you where you want to be and keep you there.

Any diet that you go on will eventually lead from a weight loss to a weight gain. Why? Your intake of food will change when you quit the diet. The only real way to lose weight is changing your eating habits and exercising regularly. You can change your eating habits by making simpler choices: an apple over a bag of chips, water over soda, leaner meat or fish over red meat.

The healthy proper nutritious diet--I call it a fad because so many drop it and go back to the unhealthy foods and lifestyle.

None. Fad diets don't work in the long run. You need to change your lifestyle for good to see permanent results.

Any diet will see you gaining weight back. A "diet" implies a temporary changing of food habits to lose weight.
What you need to do is make a "lifestyle change" that permanently changes your eating habits.
