Its too difficult to explain in writing and the technique for wrapping your wrists correctly must be learned through repitition.

Make sure that your wraps aren't too long or too short. Whatever you do DO NOT buy your wraps from a sporting good store all they sell is cheap merchandise, obviously you have a computer so go to Ringside.com or Grant.com and look up the appropriate wrap (Aldult or Junior size)
All good wraps are made with strong herringbone cotton weave with a velcro strip on on end and a thumb loop on the other, Ringside usually has "This side down" spray painted on either side of the wrap, obviously this side goes down. Hook your thumb, from your thumb go across your wrist to the bone that sticks out on your wrist on te oppisite side striaght down from your little finger. Wrap the wrist three times (Snug not tight) make sure you straighten out any wrinkles that may appear as you are wrapping your hand. End with the wrap on your wrist directly under your thumb, take the wrap over your back hand up towards your little finger, make a fist and open it to see where the wrap should cover your knuckle, continue to go around your knuckles four to five times depending on what's comfortable for you. End this process under your pointing finger from there take the wrap down to the ball of your wrist on your little finger side, roll it under your wrist to underneath your thumb take it completely around your thumb and then take it back towards the ball of your wrist on your backhand go as if you were going to wrap your wrist again but as soon as you get under your thumb, take the wrap up towards your pinkie and go between your little finger and the finger next to it and go under that finger and your middle finger coming out betwen your middle finger and your pointing finger, bring it down towards the ball of your wrist on the backhand side finishing off the left over lenghth around your wrist securing the wrap with the velcro.
Take a roll of athletic tape a rip three pieces of tape 1/4 inch wide by 4 inches long and turn your hand over palm facing you tuck the tape under the wrap pull it between your little finger and the finger next to that. Take another piece same size and do the same thing between your other fingers, take a complete roll of tape wrap your knuckles two to three times going down towards the ball of your wrist, wrap your wrist two to three times.
This whole thing might seem kinda of awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it. There are so many different ways to wrap your hands everyones style is different, but this is a good begining when or if you get to a gym listen and do exactly how your Trainer tells you to wrap your hands. Bood Luck Pizza Boy 2.
