Humans have free will - and every person alive made the choice to become incarnate and to develop and grow as a separate human being - without divine intervention. What most humans don't realize is that we are all part of the same source, the same cosmos, which is God. Not the biblical 'God' which is a patchwork of superstitions and senseless dogma, but the true God. When we reach a point in our experiences when we can recognize God in everything and everyone (including ourselves), when we can understand the profound responsibility we collectively have for one another and the world in which we live, then we can begin to change the world. We're a long way from that, however, and as long as we "blame" 'God' or 'Satan' for the things for which we ourselves are responsible, we continue to live in dark confusion.

God does none of these things. Humans rape humans, Humans screw up society and the environmnet so that diseases spread through out the world.
It's how we ourselves chgoose to work through these problems is what makes us what we are at the end of the road.
But, I have a question; If you believe in God, then you should already know the answer.
But if you are not a believer, then why would you put so much effort in asking questions about God unless you do in fact believe God somehow exists, or else why even give the thought any time?

God's plan for us is to prosper us and to give us a good future. Read Deuteronomy 28:1-14. As for babies and whoever is dieing with horrible diseases many times it's the choices we make in life. Bad diet and the way in which we treat our bodies constitute to a lot and are handed down to our children and grand children. The problem in our world today is not God but sin and most commonly we make sinful decisions.

Its not him, its the satan. To understand the idea read "Job".
This story is about Job (from the land of Uz), a good man who feared God and stayed away from evil and who was quite wealthy. Satan (the Accuser) requested that God test this man Job by having him suffer. Job lost his children and his wealth. Job replied (Job1:21), "...The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the Name of the Lord be praised." Job then lost his health and wished he had never been born. Three of Job's friends tried to convince him that he must have sinned terribly to be in his condition. Job denied that he had done anything to deserve his pain but he questioned God, saying that his "Advocate" (i.e., possibly guardian angel) should witness his innocence (Job 16:19). Job said of wisdom (Job 28:17), "Neither God nor crystal can compare with it, nor can it be had for jewels of gold." And (Job 28:28), he said that to fear the Lord is true wisdom and to forsake evil is true understanding. A new, young friend pointed out that his questioning God itself was wrong and that man could never understand God. God spoke to Job of the creation and of powerful creatures (Job 40 and 41), "behemoth" (possibly the elephant) and "leviathan" (with fire from its mouth and smoke from its nostrils -- like a dragon), thus showing His power and showing that man should not question God. Job repented for questioning God and was given twice the wealth as before and lived to very old age (140 years beyond this testing). The story points out that suffering or wealth should not be directly related to sin/evildoing: or, sometimes good people suffer and sometimes bad people prosper.
I think that bible answers any question better than anyone does!

NOWHERE in the Bible or any sort of teaching does it say that bad things will not happen to good people. Nor does it say that good things will not happen to bad people. Is it terrible that children are born with cancer? Absolutely. Are pedifiles sick, disgusting people? You bet. Does it guarantee anyone in the Bible that people will live extremely long lives and die peacefully in their sleep? Definitely not. However, I've always been a strong believer that He knows what is best for all of us. It is because he is all-knowing that we have to have FAITH and go along with what hand He deals us. It DOES, however, say in the Bible that God will not give us anything we cannot handle.

GOD is allowing Mankind to experience life on his own terms...If HE were to FORCE you to do what was BEST for you?--YOU would resent it! So HE has allowed a few thousand years to go by and PROVE beyond any doubt that SATAN'S WAY DOES NOT WORK! And He is going to allow us to come to the very brink of TOTAL NUCLEAR DEVASTATION so NONE of us can EVER say,"You didn't let me do my own thing!" GOD does not approve of evil--and NOONE gets away with evil! But His purpose is to build GODLY CHARACTER--which is LOVE,MERCY,FAIRNESS,and JUSTICE! And as far as the suffering of the innocent is concerned,GOD sees...But this is SATAN'S WORLD at this time! It soon will be OVER--but again---you and I must KNOW FOR SURE that we had every opportunity to try the SELFISH way of life--and FEEL the results! THEN we will be willing to LISTEN to our loving Creator and He can again GIVE us everything we could ever dream of! How sad we have to learn it the hard way.

Did you ever think that maybe its us who are to blame? We would have lived perfect lives had we stayed with God and followed Him all along, but we didn't we sinned, our world became fallen and the horrible things that happen are the results of human nature and Satan's corruption. Don't look at the bad though, with God every bad thing can be turned into good, and every situation that Satan uses to deceive and corrupt us, God can use to help us grow.

My theory about this is that God is no longer present here on earth. He has left earth, and Satan is now pretty much in control here, until Jesus gets back here to defeat him once and for all. Those of us who are true believers will be rewarded tremendously for any suffering we must endure on earth, by being a part of God's glorious kingdom.

No one knows Gods plan. Theres a reason for every thing rather it be good or bad. something goog will always become of it.
My son Denny left us in 2002 we didn't understand why, We do now. Yes it still hurts, we still cry, we still miss him terribly, but we do understand why. You just have to trust him. He was only 16.
He was the only that went to church in our family then.

Why does God allow sin? Because until He deals with it for eternity it is here to stay. Man brought it into the world and God's plan is to remove it but until then He is calling out a people for Himself that will spend eternity with Him.
