There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Love is a condition or phenomenon of emotional primacy, or absolute value. Love is like a force that pulls people together and it's really cool when you can feel it!! Telling someone you love them doesn't necessarily mean you want to live and die with them, but it's said when you've experienced a feeling different from when you get crushes or like someone! You don't need to wait but if you do, don't feel embarrassed; tell them how you feel and I'm sure they'll think the same about you! Don't let anxiety get you from telling someone what you really feel about them!!! Good luck! <3

love is a very powerful word to me and shouldnt be used unless full knowledge of what it is and if u really do love that person.love can come at any time.jus know and dont be scared of it.and love like some1 else said is jus not in the words but in the actions as well.meaning faithfullness,trutworthy,caring,and other stuff like that u know.

Words are meaningless and often telling someone you love them is more self indulgent than loving. Action speaks louder than words.

love is when you cant live w/ out that person in your life. they are the last thing you think of before you fall asleep and they are the first thing you think of when you wake up, love makes your life enjoyable. it is fulfillment and happiness to your life. love brings light upon your life
and you say it when the time is right

i dont think anyone does understand love all i know is that when i say i love you to my boyfriend i really mean it and i think you shouldnt say i love you to anyone unless you really mean it i said i love you to my boyfriend kinda soon but when i finally said it come to find out he felt the same way but didnt want to say it cause he thought he might scare me away

it has nothing to do with how long you wait. it just depends on how you feel, once your in love you will know it and not second guess it
