Well that's probably because he knows once your in the dorms surrounded by hundreds of horny men that would put it in anything that's warm. you will be able to have the pick of the litter and that friendship ring he gave you wont matter a bit. Its like clockwork whenever a new girl gets stationed here everyone swarms on her like piranha. If you don't break up with him in a week he will break up with you when he sees what a whore you have become. CHOO CHOO trains are fun you should still join up. Ill see you soon ;)

Well, i went through this when i joined the army. My girlfriend (at the time) didnt want me to go either. But soon he will realize that he will support you one hundred percent. But be careful, you may run into problems in the future, my ex cheated on me when i needed her support more than anything. But look for what is best for you, you are trying to get a future started and by the sound of it, he isnt trying too.

Tell him it is your life, and you need to live it the best way you know how. if the Air Force is for you go for it. and be careful in were ever you go. I think it is very brave of you in this time the way times are now. good luck.

You could tell him that you expect him to support you in your choice of career, as it's something you really want. Likewise, that you'd support him 100% in any career decisions he makes.
If he can't support you in this then is he really the right person for you?

Why is he angry with you is it because you will be commiting yourself to something other than him ? stand proud that you have been accepted and reassure him its your career choice and if he loves you he needs to support you with your choices - he could also be worried at what your going to be doing because he cares. Lots of reassurance from you and support from him is needed x xx
